The Holland Club provides:
Fried fish, Coleslaw, and Potato Salad

You bring:
Your own drinks, sides and snacks, swimsuits, chairs, (beach blankets), towels, fishing poles, hats, sunscreen, cameras and (all other necessary beach supplies) anything else you need. NO glass containers!!!!

The house is located on the bay side of Galveston (not on the actual beach). However, for people interested in going to the beach, the Jamaica Beach beach is located about a mile from the house.

The home has a pool and is surrounded by water. If any young children or weak swimmers will be coming, it is advised to bring a life jacket. There is a limited amount of life jackets at the house, so please don’t count one there being any.

The home also has: a bocci ball court, a small putting green, shuffleboard. There is a large field behind the house where soccer and if possibly volleyball can be played. There is also fishing available off the dock, so please feel free to bring fishing rods

Directions:
About 60 miles from downtown Houston.
From 45 South:
Exit 61st Street, and take a right on 61st
Turn right from 61st on to the Seawall/3005
Take the Seawall/3005 for 11 miles into Jamaica Beach (where the speed limit drops to 35)
After the light, take a right on to Bob Smith (after theVelaro gas station)
After about 1 mile, turn right onto Tern Road, and the house is on the end of the street.

Parking:
Please park on Tern and Albatross Road
